দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing CHARKA: Women Entrepreneurs Empowering Women Project supported by EDUCO. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop new products and collections in line with CHARKA’s brand identity.
Lead product development from concept to final production.
Train artisans and production staff on design, techniques, and quality standards.
Research market trends, customer preferences, and innovative design ideas.
Ensure product designs meet market demand and commercial viability.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Marketing team.
Maintain design documentation and product samples.
Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money laundering, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Fashion Design, or related field.অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 5 years

- Age At most 40 years
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in the fashion or handicraft industry or Graphic Designer.
Proven experience in product development and artisan-based production systems.
Software skills like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and similar others.
Strong creative and technical design skills.
Ability to train and mentor artisans and staff.
Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes.
Market-oriented and innovation-driven mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Maximum 40 years (Age is flexible for deserving applicants)

Application Process:
Applications should be addressed to the Executive Director. A complete CV with a recent passport-size color photograph must be attached, and the applicant’s mobile phone number must be mentioned in the application. The name of the position applied for should be clearly written on the top of the envelope. For email applications, the CV must be submitted in PDF format.
Recruitment Procedures:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the selection examinations (both written and oral). The authenticity of information provided in the CVs of candidates who pass the selection exam will be verified through the organization’s internal process. Candidates must also be medically fit in the pre-employment health examination.
