দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (Google Ads), Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Email marketing, and Content marketing.

  • Designing campaigns poster and Motion Graphics.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Build and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for better results. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic lead acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop blogs, eBooks, videos, and other resources to attract and educate potential leads.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Identify and target new customer segments through data analysis and audience research.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

  • Build relationships with external partners and vendors to amplify lead-generation efforts.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 2 years

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobiles, Real Estate and Advertising Agency.
  • Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
  • Practical experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC).
  • Experience in content marketing, email marketing, and data analytics.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and managing ads campaigns.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and capable of achieving set goals.
