দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Supervise all day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Inspect construction work and ensure quality workmanship before approval.
- Measure work quantities and verify contractor bills and material consumption.
- Identify site issues and provide timely engineering solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and material approvals.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
- Coordinate with the design and planning teams regarding technical issues and drawing revisions.
- Perform any other engineering duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma in Civil
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
