Quality & Compliance: Direct quality assurance checks, clinical audits, and ensure adherence to local healthcare laws and patient confidentiality protocols.
Staff Management: Supervise doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. This includes facilitating recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluations.
Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee financial accountability, manage departmental budgets, and ensure adequate medical supplies.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute health strategies that improve community health outcomes and adapt to organizational goals
