Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Event Client Service & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and understand their event requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Plan and manage event logistics from start to finish.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.
- Ensure smooth operation of décor, lighting, sound, LED, truss, and other event elements.
- Maintain event timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site operational issues professionally.
- Prepare post-event reports and collect client feedback.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 3 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 22 years
- 1–3 years of experience in Event Management, Client Service, or Operations (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
