Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Executive (Beauty Parlor)
Helping Hand to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records.
Handle client payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth parlour operations.

- Age 20 to 40 years
- Only Female
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they enter our parlour.
