দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Job Context:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented professional who is highly skilled in both Graphic Design and Digital Marketing (Facebook Boosting, Page Management & Lead Generation). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for our real estate projects and driving online customer engagement to generate high-quality leads.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Design attractive banners, flyers, brochures, logos, and social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) specifically for real estate properties.

  • Facebook Page & Content Management: Create, schedule, and manage daily posts, captions, and engaging content on the company's official social media pages.

  • Facebook Boosting & Ad Management: Set up, run, and optimize targeted Facebook Ads/Boosted posts to maximize reach and visibility within the budget.

  • Lead Generation: Design and execute effective Lead Generation campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads Manager to collect verified customer inquiries for the sales team.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track ad performance, analyze reach/engagement metrics, and adjust targeting to ensure the lowest cost per lead (CPL).

  • Video Editing (Plus Point): Basic video editing for project walkthroughs or short promotional clips will be highly valued.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly skilled candidates).

  • Training or Professional Certification in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing will be a plus.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At most 35 years

  • 3 to 5 year(s) of experience in the relevant field.

  • Experience in the Real Estate sector will be given high preference.

  • Must have a strong portfolio of previous graphic design work and successful ad campaigns.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

  • Technical Skills Required:

  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

  • Marketing Tools: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Suite), Audience Insights, Lead Forms.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook's changing algorithms and ad policies.

  • Ability to think creatively and understand the aesthetic needs of the real estate market.

  • Good communication skills in Bengali and Basic English to handle online queries if needed.
