দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Sales Generation: Identify potential clients, institutional buyers, and book retail outlets to generate sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen strong professional relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
- Market Outreach: Conduct direct field visits, client meetings, and present product offerings to target audiences.
- Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotional initiatives, and promotional events or book fairs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and identify new business opportunities within the publication sector.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to business development strategies.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.·
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and good communication skills.·
Language:
- Fluent in Bengali with good working knowledge of English.
