দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations, factory safety standards, and buyer compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire detection, alarm, and firefighting systems.
- Monitor the operational readiness of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and emergency lighting systems.
- Identify fire hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Organize and conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises regularly.
- Coordinate emergency response activities during fire or other emergencies.
- Ensure evacuation routes, assembly points, and emergency exits remain unobstructed at all times.
- Provide regular fire safety training and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Fire Service & Civil Defence requirements, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
- Support internal, external, buyer, and regulatory safety audits.
- Maintain all fire safety records, certificates, inspection reports, and drill documentation.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor implementation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain fire safety logs, inspection reports, training records, and equipment maintenance records.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Must have six months fire safety training course from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense (BFSD).
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
