দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

1 Person for Graphic Designer, knowledge about adobe illustrator, who looks after company Facebook, Instagram page Digital Marketing & content. Looks & deal with office computers problem (good knowledge about computer hardware). Must need to know good English & Bengali typing. Bengali to English Translation for email conversation with foreign buyers and suppliers for company Chairman/MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a good knowledge on E-commerce Digital Marketing Strategy Must have Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc.

  • Creative graphic design following Brand guidelines (social media post, banner, flyer, brochure, logo)।

  • Facebook, Instagram,Linkedin, Google Ads campaign , run & optimization.

  • Target audience research , boosting plan & quality lead generation.

  • Be proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SMO including expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, Google Ad-Words and YouTube marketing.

  • Graphic Designer, adobe illustrator, who looks after company Facebook page, Digital Marketing & content.

  • Looks & deal with office computers problem (good knowledge about computer hardware).

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, marketing materials, brochures, and more.

  • Develop creative assets for websites, e-newsletters, and social media sites.

  • Must have good Graphics Designing Knowledge, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, creates necessary marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Be proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SMO including expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, Google Ad-Words and YouTube marketing.

  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing for social Media like facebook, Instagram and etc, update website. And also have keyword.

  • Analysis and content writing for Websites, Blogs, and Social Platform especially for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

  • Test, troubleshoot and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, and scalability Proactively follow application security and data protection best practices

  • Any other tasks assigned by company Management

  • File Management: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring all files are easily accessible and stored correctly.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Diploma (Vocational) in in Graphic Design
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in in ICT/ any subject with Diploma in Graphics design or Diploma in Digital Marketer

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male

  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphics Design, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ OneNote, video editing, Photo editing, image retouch, website maintaining.

  • Must have advanced knowledge on Graphics design

  • Must have advanced knowledge on Photoshop Must have advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Experience in E-Commerce sales and a comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems.

  • Creative planning and conducting direct digital marketing activities, including a good Graphics designing knowledge.

  • Communicate with To be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing. Editing image, customer by email, phone, in person and responsive with across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality performance.

  • Make Official Corresponding, Bill, Purchase Order, Quotation etc.

  • Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
