𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create high-converting Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and e-commerce product creatives.
- Design product packaging, flyers, brochures, posters, and branding materials.
- Develop visually appealing website banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements.
- Create thumbnails, infographics, and marketing visuals for digital campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising materials.
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Generate new creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for both digital and print platforms.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC / Honour's Running student
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 18 to 45 years

- Must be experienced in Graphic Design
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in creating social media and advertising creatives.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
