দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Swosti Ltd. is a leading Bangladeshi software company providing Swosti-mfi247, a cloud based paperless Microfinance Management System for MFIs, NGOs and Credit Cooperatives. Since 2014, more than 400+ MFIs and Credit Cooperatives across Bangladesh have been using our solutions to automate their operations.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced, well-connected and dynamic professional to strengthen our relationship with large MFIs, NGOs and regulatory organizations.

Job Nature : Full-time (Subject to 6-month probation and performance-based confirmation)

Workplace : Field-based with Head Office support (Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Executive Directors (EDs), CEOs and other senior decision-makers of NGOs and MFIs across Bangladesh.

  • Arrange appointments and conduct high-level meetings to introduce and promote Swosti-mfi247 software solutions.

  • Build and maintain effective liaison with senior officials of MRA, PKSF and other relevant organizations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.

  • Represent Swosti Ltd. at seminars, workshops, conferences and industry events.

  • Prepare annual and monthly business development plans and ensure their successful execution.

  • Coordinate software demonstrations with the technical and sales teams.

  • Maintain an updated database of key contacts within NGOs, MFIs and development organizations.

  • Follow up prospective clients until successful deal closure.

  • Assist in developing sales strategies, partnership initiatives and market expansion plans.

  • Submit regular activity reports, meeting reports and sales forecasts to management.

  • Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.

Special Condition:

  • The selected candidate will initially be appointed on a six (6) months` probation period. Confirmation of employment will be subject to satisfactory performance, achievement of agreed business development targets, and management evaluation. Swosti Ltd. reserves the right not to confirm the appointment if performance is found unsatisfactory.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Masters degree in any discipline

Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 10 years

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 40 years

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
  • Candidates having worked in senior positions in NGOs, MFIs, development
  • organizations or donor-funded projects will receive preference.
  • Retired professionals (with good networking relations with NGO-MFIs) are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive professional network with Executive Directors and senior officials of large
  • NGOs and MFIs in Bangladesh.
  • Good working relationship with MRA, PKSF and other sector stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the microfinance industry and its operational challenges.
  • Proven experience in business development, stakeholder management or institutional relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking ability.
  • Well-groomed, presentable and confident personality.
  • Self-driven, energetic and result-oriented.
  • Excellent planning, reporting and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and online meeting platforms.
  • Age: Preferably 40 years and above (retired professionals may apply).
