Position
Hospitality Management Assessor
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in Hospitality Management.
- Evaluate trainees' competency in front office operations, housekeeping, food & beverage service, customer service, and hospitality management practices.
- Assess trainees based on competency standards and industry best practices.
- Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional development.
- Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate records of trainee performance.
- Assign remarks and recommendations based on individual competency and assessment outcomes.
- Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with company standards and international hospitality practices.
- Promote professionalism, customer service excellence, workplace ethics, and safety throughout the assessment process.
- Coordinate with the training management team to ensure effective delivery of competency assessments.
- Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.
Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Five (5) working days per week
- Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in hospitality or tourism will be considered an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 3 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 22 to 45 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, hotel operations, hospitality training, or competency assessment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.
