দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings and axonometric drawing details.
  • Prepare accurate working drawings based on design concepts and site measurements.
  • Convert design ideas and 3D concepts into practical technical drawings.
  • Coordinate drawings with designers, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
  • Make revisions and updates based on design changes and site conditions.
  • Ensure accuracy, proper dimensions, detailing, and drawing standards.
  • Conduct site visits when required to take measurements and verify existing conditions.
  • Prepare shop drawings and execution details for interior works.
  • Maintain proper organization of project drawings and files

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Diploma
    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 24 years

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience as an Interior Draftsman, AutoCAD Operator, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

  • Good understanding of interior construction, materials, furniture, and detailing.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

  • Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software will be an advantage.

  • Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, and technical drawing standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
