Job Responsibilities
Develop and publish engaging short-form video content in English across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
Promote the company's products to international audiences through digital channels
Research and identify prospective international customers via online platforms
Communicate professionally and fluently with customers in English
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and comments
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records
Submit daily performance reports and meet assigned sales targets
Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English
Strong computer and internet proficiency
Ability to produce short videos using a mobile phone or computer
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera
Prior experience in social media marketing, video content creation, online sales, or digital marketing is an advantage
Knowledge of website management, web media, SEO, or digital marketing will be given preference
Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and results-driven
Willingness to adhere to company policies and daily reporting procedures
