We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and technically competent Laboratory Equipment Sales Engineer to strengthen our Laboratory Solutions Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory instruments and equipment to customers in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, chemical, academic, research, healthcare, sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and related documents.
- Coordinate with international principals regarding product selection, pricing, and technical support.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and periodic reports.
- Support installation coordination and provide after-sales customer assistance when required.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
Bachelor's degree in:
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 5 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 22 years
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in laboratory equipment sales, scientific instruments, pharmaceutical equipment, or industrial technical sales.
Required Skills
- Honest and highly professional
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced laboratory technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
