Job Responsibilities & Experience
Minimum Practical Experience Required in Below Scope of work areas:
- Lift (Passenger & Cargo) Inspection
- Overhead Crane Inspection
- Gantry Crane Inspection
- Mobile Crane Inspection
- Hoists & Lifting Equipment
- Load Testing
- Commissioning
- Maintenance
- Failure Investigation
Additional Technical Competency
The Engineer should be competent in:
- Static Load Test
- Dynamic Load Test
- Safe Working Load (Swl)
- Working Load Limit (Wll)
- Structural Inspection
- Mechanical Inspection
- Electrical Safety Inspection
- Brake Testing
- Wire Rope Inspection
- Hook Inspection
- Pulley Inspection
- Gearbox Inspection
- Motor Inspection
- Safety Devices
- Emergency Systems
- Risk Assessment
- Root Cause Analysis
- Inspection Report Preparation
Reporting Capability
The Engineer Should be Capable of Preparing:
- Lift Inspection Report
- Crane Inspection Report
- Load Test Certificate
- Defect Report
- Fitness Recommendation
- Non-conformity Report
- Annual Inspection Certificate
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ EEE from Any Public/ Private University.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 23 years
- Engineers Who are already in DIFE Approved and Used to Conduct Inspection as per DIFE Standards Requirements will be given special priority.
- Conduct Independent Inspections.
- Identify Unsafe Conditions.
- Witness And Evaluate Static And Dynamic Tests.
- Verify Statutory Compliance.
- Prepare Technically Sound Inspection Reports.
- Recommend Repair, Rejection, Or Certification Where Appropriate.
Recommended experience:
- 2–5 years. More than 5 Years will get special priority
