Position
Loading & Unloading Assessor
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in loading and unloading operations.
- Verify trainees' competency in manual material handling, cargo loading, unloading techniques, and safe work practices.
- Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
- Evaluate trainees based on competency standards and prepare assessment reports.
- Record assessment results and provide remarks and recommendations according to individual performance.
- Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor the proper use of lifting equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate records of trainee assessments and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the training management team to ensure smooth execution of competency assessment activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.
Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Five (5) working days per week
- Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in logistics, material handling, warehouse operations, or occupational safety will be considered an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 3 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 22 to 45 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, cargo handling, material handling, or loading and unloading operations.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling procedures, and workplace safety practices.
- Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.
