দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Assist in managing and maintaining sales automation tools.
Support the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, marketing, and IT) to improve automation processes
Help in implementing new automation features and system upgrades
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems
Provide training and support to sales staff on automation tools
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency Develop new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
Build a nationwide dealer network for Lubriantcants
Visit dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and project customers daily.
Generate sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Promote company products and introduce new product lines.
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with management regarding market opportunities.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 23 to 30 years
Basic understanding of Sales Automation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
