A well-established and diversified business group is seeking an exceptional Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead its finance function.
We are looking for a highly intelligent, commercially minded finance professional who can think strategically, solve complex financial challenges, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cash flow forecasting, treasury, and fund management.
Financial reporting, budgeting, and preparation of management accounts.
Banking, trade finance, LCs, foreign transactions, and lender relationships.
Bangladesh VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance.
Commercial operations, import/export finance, and documentation.
Working capital optimization and financial planning.
Develop practical financial strategies to improve profitability and liquidity.
Lead the finance team and maintain strong internal controls.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 23 years
Proven experience managing finance for a growing business.
Strong understanding of banking, treasury, commercial operations, and taxation.
High analytical ability (high IQ) with excellent financial and business judgment.
Confident communicator and effective leader.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
Advanced Excel and accounting software skills.
