দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Lead and drive the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market prevention and business growth.

  • Manage, supervise, motivate of TSM, ASM and DSM to ensure optimum performance.

  • Identify market trends, client needs and new business opportunities.

  • Setup and monitor distributor channels and supply chain operations, inventory levels, product availability and market coverage.

  • Maintain relationships with dealers, retailers and prospective customers.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to formulate action plans.

  • Resolve market-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular market visits and filed coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and operational guidelines.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel, Building & Construction Materials

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant position, preferably in Steel Pipe Manufacturing Company.
