দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Research & identify potential corporate customers using different databases, directories, door-to-door activities & networking within industry circle especially B2B.

Look for the opportunities to participates in Government tender either directly or through vendor

Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.

Ensuring the delivery of all necessary documents.

Organise Campaigns in different offices and factories/attending trade shows & networking events.

Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.

To achieve the monthly sales target, volume and unit wise.

Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.

To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.

Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and instalments in time.

Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with clients

Plan and implement marketing strategy.

Prepare professional marketing plan and implement to Increase sales & Collection.

Fix up the monthly and yearly sales target. (Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set).

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality. Strong relationship with different government, MNC, local company`s high officials. Good market planner & good communication skill, interpersonal skill. Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure. Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette. Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla. Computer literacy: MS Excel, Power Point, Word & Email communication.
