We are seeking a proactive and analytical Marketing & Business Development Executive to strengthen our marketing team by developing market intelligence and strategic business plans for our international principals.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and preparing strategic marketing plans to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data related to industries served by Khan & Deen Traders, including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, laboratory, and industrial processing.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers, upcoming projects, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing plans for each international principal represented by the company.
- Develop market segmentation, customer profiling, and industry analysis reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain an updated database of key customers, industry contacts, consultants, and project information.
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and customer research.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, and market forecasts for management and principals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing seminars, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Support principals by preparing periodic market updates and strategic reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 5 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 22 years
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, market research, business development, or strategic planning.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, pharmaceutical, or technical product marketing will be highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
