দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timeline.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, dealers, and customers.

  • Expand the market for existing products by identifying new customers, territories, and business opportunities.

  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and credit dues from customers.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to stay ahead of competitors and increase market share.

  • Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.

  • Regularly visit customers, dealers, and sales centers to provide marketing and sales support.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for the Sales Leadership Team.

  • Assist in short-, mid-, and long-term sales planning and other business development activities.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 29 to 40 years
  • Only Male

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer and dealer visits.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Fast and accurate English typing skills on Android mobile devices.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).

  • Previous sales experience in batteries, renewable energy, or related industries will be an added advantage.

  • Work experience in RFL & Gazi group will be preferable.
