Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive restaurant & catering sales, elevate our brand, attract new customers, and maintain strong corporate client relationships through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify new opportunities, secure corporate clients, and manage existing customer relationships.
Sales Growth: Conduct regular market visits/client meetings to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Campaign Management: Plan seasonal offers, manage social media platforms, and coordinate online promotions.
Reporting: Maintain records of client visits and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA in Marketing or an equivalent degree
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 18 to 35 years
1 to 3 years in relevant business areas.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Mindset: Good knowledge of digital marketing and a direct customer visit mentality.
