We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officer (Male/Female) to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the confidence to build client relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company`s products and services to potential clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.

  • Visit hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, corporate clients, and other potential customers.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare sales reports and update management on market activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

 

 

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Diploma

Applicants from any of the following educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Graduation)
  • BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing/Management preferred)
  • BSc/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • BSc/Diploma in Electronics Engineering
  • BSc/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
  • BSc/Diploma in CSE or related disciplines

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 25 years

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Medical Equipment, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, or other Marketing-based companies will receive preference.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and presentation skills are also welcome to apply.
