Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for marketing? Volumetric Designer, a leading interior design company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, seeks a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will create and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new interior projects and clients.
Job Location
- Nikunja-02, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
- Have to visit Corporate, government and other related fields regularly to generate sales.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate new leads for interior projects.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure marketing materials align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to the interior design industry.
- Meet sales targets and Multi-Tasking ability.
- Deliver weekly and monthly update reports to management
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Masters
- Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) / M.B.A. in Marketing preferred
- Educational qualification is relaxed in the case of experienced candidates.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Multi Tasking ability,
- Work under pressure,
- Dedicated and Hard working
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate / interior industry or related businesses.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
- Own a Motorcycle will be added an advantage.
