দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Oversee nursing staff in Indoor (Nurse), POW, and Emergency (Nurse) Departments to ensure optimal patient care.
Enforce hospital policies and clinical protocols to maintain high standards of nursing services.
Monitor patient care quality and ensure compliance with medical and ethical guidelines.
Lead and manage nursing teams, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient duty rotations.
Conduct training and professional development programs to enhance nursing skills.
Address staff grievances and ensure a positive working environment.
Supervise the admission, discharge, and transfer processes in the Indoor department.
Ensure efficient patient flow management in Emergency and POW departments.
Maintain accurate nursing records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure preparedness for medical emergencies in the Emergency Department.
Implement infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
Coordinate with doctors and medical teams during critical cases.
Address patient complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
Guide patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery procedures, and post-hospital care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and government healthcare regulations.
Monitor the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and hospital resources.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 10 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 35 years
- Only Female
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a senior nursing management role.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
