দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
About the Company
We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Medical Centre and support our occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary medical care and first aid to employees during working hours.
Assess, treat and maintain records of workplace injuries and minor illnesses.
Assist the Factory Medical Officer/Visiting Doctor during medical consultations.
Monitor employee health conditions and provide basic health counseling.
Maintain medical records, treatment registers and health reports.
Manage medicines, medical supplies and first-aid equipment, ensuring safety stock .
Coordinate emergency medical response and arrange referrals to hospitals when necessary.
Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screening activities.
Support occupational health, workplace wellness, vaccination and health awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, buyer compliance requirements and company policies.
Perform other duties as when assigned by the superior(s) relating to employee health and medical services.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
Education: Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) or an equivalent qualification recognized in Bangladesh.
Valid BMDC Registration is mandatory.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 35 years
Age 25 to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Medical Assistant .
Experience in occupational health and industrial medical services will be considered an added advantage.
Required Competencies:
Sound knowledge of first aid, emergency response and occupational health practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Proficiency in maintaining medical documentation and reports.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality and professional conduct
