আর-রাহা হসপিটাল এন্ড ডায়াগনস্টিক লিঃ এর ইমার্জেন্সি (পুরুষ) ও আইপিডি (মহিলা) মেডিকেল অফিসার পদে নিয়োগ চলছে। আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানে নারী ও পুরুষের জন্য পৃথক চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। আবেদনকারীদের সপ্তাহে ৪ দিন, ১২ ঘণ্টা করে রোস্টার অনুযায়ী পূর্ণকালীন দায়িত্ব পালনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে এবং নির্ধারিত বেতনসীমা ২৪,০০০ থেকে ২৬,০০০ টাকা মেনে আবেদন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।"
Job Context: Ar-Raha Hospital & Diagnostic Ltd. is a healthcare institution committed to maintaining the highest standards of medical care while strictly upholding religious values and ethical principles. We maintain a completely separate medical care environment for male and female patients to ensure privacy and comfort for all. We are currently seeking professional and dedicated Medical Officers to join our team. We are hiring Male Medical Officers for Emergency duty and Female Medical Officers for IPD (In-Patient Department) management. The ideal candidates will contribute their clinical expertise, ensure the highest standards of treatment, and strictly adhere to our institutional policies and SOPs.
1. Job Responsibilities: Emergency Medical Officer (Male)
Provide rapid, high-quality clinical expertise to critical patients in the Emergency Department and manage life-threatening situations with professional urgency.
Interpret lab results, review prescriptions, and facilitate effective treatment management plans.
Perform administrative tasks including duty roster scheduling and billing management, ensuring operational efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols.
Identify and report difficulties related to patient care to senior management, providing actionable solutions.
Maintain accurate patient charts, medical records, and reports, ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date.
Supervise and mentor junior healthcare staff to continuously develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
Handle and resolve patient or attendant complaints professionally, particularly those relevant to treatment and care.
2. Job Responsibilities: IPD Medical Officer (Female)
Assist consultants in reviewing and executing treatment plans for admitted patients to ensure the highest standards of care.
Provide professional guidance to nurses and other healthcare assistants to ensure quality treatment delivery in the IPD.
Regularly review patient progress, interpret diagnostic reports, and recommend transfers or changes in treatment when necessary.
Ensure hospital SOPs are strictly followed, and identify areas for improvement in treatment and care facilities.
Ensure all patient charts, progress notes, and medical records are documented accurately and in accordance with hospital standards.
Remain prepared to respond to any emergency situation within the ward and provide immediate clinical support.
Coordinate closely with consultants to ensure seamless patient care and implementation of clinical directives.
Maintain excellent communication with patients and their families, ensuring compassionate and professional service at all times.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
MBBS from any recognized medical college.
Must possess a valid and current BMDC registration certificate.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic center is required.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 48 years
Must be highly punctual, disciplined, and responsible in professional conduct.
Ability to work under pressure, especially in emergency situations.
Possess strong communication skills to interact professionally with patients and their attendants.
Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including night shifts and public holidays.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information and institutional records.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
Must be prepared to join immediately if selected.
