দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlets in Dhaka ( Dhanmondi ,Banani, Uttara, Bashundhara) . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch operations, maintain food quality and service standards, lead and develop teams, achieve sales and profitability targets, and drive operational excellence across all locations.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the management team to improve customer experience, maximize efficiency, control costs, and support the company's growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant branches to ensure smooth business activities.
- Monitor Branch sales, profitability, food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate Branch Managers and restaurant teams.
- Develop staff through training, performance reviews, and continuous coaching.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning.
- Conduct regular branch inspections and operational audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste and stock losses.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of products.
- Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations, and financial compliance.
- Monitor Foodpanda, delivery platforms, and takeaway operations to maintain service quality.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support new branch openings, staff recruitment, and onboarding.
- Prepare operational reports and present business performance to senior management.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Training in Restaurant Operations, Hospitality Management, or QSR Management will be an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Hotel, Restaurant, Resort, Coffee Shop, Supply Chain, Chain shop

- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management is preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales, labor cost, food cost, and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, food safety regulations, and workplace compliance will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple branches, and travel between locations when required.
- Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage (if frequent branch visits are required).
- Candidates who own a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle driving license will be given preference.
