Responsibilities & Context:
ASP Steel Pipe Ind. Ltd. is a leading steel pipe manufacturer in Bangladesh specializing in architectural and industrial applications. We have been using Advanced Technology and manufacturer the highest quality standard pipes at market leading price. We are looking dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the mentioned position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control daily production activities to achieve production target.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality control, safety and compliance procedures.
- Analyze production data and identity opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead, motivate and evaluate production staff to improve productivity and performance.
- To take necessary measures for ensure the raw materials and product quality.
- Ensure the duties of each staff, workers and officers.
- Responsible for workers recruitment through internal & external source by Management approval.
- Handle the disciplinary issues of the workers/officers in consulting with management.
- Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of personnel of the factory on daily basis.
- Checking of coil sheet, machine and dies on regular basis.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports with analytical date for management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 6 to 10 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
Experience:
- The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel Pipe Manufacturing, Building & Construction Materials.
Additional Requirement:
- Minimum 05 years working experience in production preferably in Steel Pipe Manufacturing Company.
