দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  1. Develop and maintain sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.

  2. Have to ensure quality standard as per buyer standard & AQL levels

  3. Identify quality risks/defects early in before sample finalize and take immediate corrective and preventive actions by the discussion with concern merchandiser.

  4. Solve any technical or quality-related issues independently and efficiently.

  5. Maintain strong coordination between the merchandising team & sample section.

  6. To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons/dept. timely.

  7. To ensure that quality samples are prepared and the same samples are given to the concerned section so that they can maintain the required standard.

  8. Hand-on experience in managing and maintaining QC Files, tech packs, approved samples, and related documentation.

  9. To Check the Sketch sample & Make the Sample as per the Buyer Requirement.

  10. Prepare design sample, size set, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.

  11. To maintain necessary file/record for day-to-day sample section’s activities.

Special Note : Educational qualification is negotiable for candidates with solid professional experience.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Diploma in Textile Engineering
    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
