দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

SahajMobile is partnering with Asteroom—a U.S.-based technology platform specializing in 3D property tours, floor plans, and real estate compliance documentation—to establish a dedicated Quality Control (QC) operations hub in Bangladesh.

Through this joint initiative, SahajMobile provides the operational infrastructure and local team management, while Asteroom provides the proprietary technology, global platform, and specialized workflow standards.

Role Overview

SahajMobile is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented professional to serve as our Founding QC Operations Lead in Bangladesh. In this high-impact role, you will be the cornerstone of this joint operational setup.

You will start by mastering Asteroom’s proprietary Quality Control process—reviewing property scans and floor plans to generate compliance reports (including UPD, UAD, and other industry standards)—and scale into leading and managing the local facility and team on behalf of SahajMobile.

This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants ownership, leadership, and the chance to build a operational business unit from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Foundation & Setup

  • Process Mastery: Learn and master the end-to-end Asteroom QC process, software tools, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Site Setup: Assist SahajMobile management in establishing the local office infrastructure.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new QC operators under SahajMobile.
  • Training Lead: Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and trainer for all incoming team members.

Phase 2: Ongoing Operations & Leadership

  • Daily Planning & Execution: Review daily volume demands, allocate tasks across the team efficiently, and forecast upcoming workloads for proactive capacity planning.
  • Progress Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor ongoing work streams, resolve operational roadblocks, and safeguard strict SLA timelines.
  • Quality Assurance & Operations Support: Actively participate in processing complex reports, support team members with troubleshooting, and audit final deliverables for high accuracy.
  • HQ & Partner Alignment: Liaise closely between SahajMobile management and Asteroom HQ, translating directives into actionable operational workflows.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile and deliver comprehensive daily performance metrics, keeping leadership at both companies accurately informed of operational status.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 4 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 18 to 50 years

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Work Schedule: Reliability, self-motivation, and willingness to work a regular night shift to align with primary client and U.S. time zones.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous oversight with an unwavering commitment to output precision and compliance standards.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated capacity or strong drive to lead, mentor, and scale an operational team.
  • Technical Aptitude: High comfort level learning and adopting new software platforms, digital tools, and operational workflows.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Quality Control (QC), back-office operations, real estate processing, or data analytics is an advantage (though not strictly required).
