Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive clients, visitors, investors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and projects.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and assist management with administrative support.
- Receive and distribute correspondence, courier packages, and official documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain office records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Working Hours
Saturday to Thursday
09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English, or any relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 20 to 25 years
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position will be preferred.
- Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Smart, punctual, and well-mannered.
