দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive clients, visitors, investors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and projects.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist management with administrative support.
  • Receive and distribute correspondence, courier packages, and official documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain office records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Working Hours

Saturday to Thursday

09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

 


যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English, or any relevant discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 20 to 25 years

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position will be preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.

 Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Smart, punctual, and well-mannered.
