দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

SANJANA ROTOR SPIN LIMITED a sister concern of ROSHAWA Group are looking for a proactive, technical, and results-driven Rotor Technical Manager to lead our mechanical, production, and technical operations at our Gazipur plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machinery & Maintenance: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our automated rotor spinning lines, specifically Schlafhorst BD 480, Schlafhorst BD 380 machinery, to maximize machine efficiency and minimize operational downtime.

  • Process Optimization: Calibrate and set complex machine parameters including rotor speeds, opening roller types, twist multipliers, and navel selection according to targeted yarn counts (ranging from 7s OE to 20s OE).

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor core yarn quality metrics (U%, imperfection index, tenacity, hairiness) using our state-of-the-art STATEX and USTER laboratory instruments. Interpret spectrogram analysis to proactively eliminate defects.

  • Waste & Cost Reduction: Implement strict floor controls to minimize raw material waste from Blowroom to rotor, minimize energy footprints, and optimize mechanical spare parts expenditures.

  • Production Management: Develop strict shifting schedules, manage technical floor manpower, and safely push production limits to achieve our targeted daily yield of 8,000 kg/day.

  • Team Leadership: Conduct regular technical training sessions for floor supervisors and technicians regarding strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
    • Diploma in Textile Engineering

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 10 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Only Male
Comprehensive operational mastery over blowroom, carding, drawing, and open-end rotor systems. Experience working with Trützschler and Schlafhorst hardware is a major advantage
