We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Executives for our Consumable Products Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory and industrial consumable products to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, food & beverage manufacturers, and other industrial clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with international principals regarding product selection, pricing, and technical support.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's market presence.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence regarding competitor activities and product demand.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing will receive preference.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 2 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 22 years
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bangla.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
