Promote and sell the company's products and services.
Generate new sales opportunities through direct marketing, referrals, and networking.
Meet prospective clients, conduct presentations, and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Attend company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Resort, Agro based Startup

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

Experience Requirements
Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
