দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Visit customers and generate orders regularly.

  • Collect Purchase Orders (POs) and payments.

  • Develop new customers and business opportunities.

  • Promote company products and offers.

  • Submit daily sales and activity reports.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Diploma

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 22 to 35 years

  • Must have a bike.

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing activities.

  • Experience as a Sales Representative and field sales operations.

  • Experience in customer acquisition, market visits, and order collection.

  • Experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Experience in FMCG sales and market development activities.

  • Preferred skill :(Field-Level Marketing Activities)
