দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Oversee and supervise the overall construction, erection, and quality control works of Cable-Stayed Bridge components.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, structural design drawings, safety standards, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Monitor stay-cable installation, tensioning sequences, deck segment erection, and structural health monitoring procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Review contractor submittals, method statements, material test reports, and progress reports.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 25 years
- Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in the supervision/ construction of Cable-Stayed Bridge projects.
- Strong technical expertise in bridge engineering, stay-cable systems, and heavy structural erection.
- Familiarity with international bridge design codes, RHD standards, and construction safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, site management, and communication skills in both English and Bengali.
