KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Promote the company`s real estate projects and services to prospective clients.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and performance updates.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

Master`s degree or Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

4-6 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
