JP Express is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphics Designer who can lead the company’s visual communication and maintain premium brand standards across all digital and offline platforms.
We are seeking a design professional with strong creative judgment, modern design expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content aligned with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Design high-quality marketing materials for digital and print platforms
Create premium social media creatives, advertising banners, promotional campaigns, and brand assets
Develop and maintain company branding guidelines and visual identity consistency
Design brochures, flyers, corporate profiles, packaging, and promotional materials
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for campaign execution
Generate creative concepts for branding, advertising, and product promotion
Ensure all designs meet professional quality standards and align with brand positioning
Stay updated with modern design trends, creative strategies, and emerging AI design technologies
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or relevant field (Preferred)
Exceptional portfolio can be considered in place of formal education
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design
Experience working with corporate brands, agencies, or premium creative projects will get preference
Additional Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software
Strong knowledge of typography, layout composition, branding, and color strategy
Experience designing for both digital marketing and print production
Ability to think strategically and transform ideas into visually powerful communication
Knowledge of AI-based creative tools will be considered an advantage
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
Preferred Skills :
• Video Editing / Motion Graphics
• UI/UX Knowledge
• Photography & Creative Direction Experience

- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Higher Secondary
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Group of Companies, Supply Chain, Web Media/Blog, Film Production, E-commerce, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
