দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Job Context:

Ghuri Properties Ltd. is a growing real estate company committed to delivering excellence in the housing sector. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to lead our Sales & Marketing team as a Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve the company’s revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales strategies for real estate, Apartment projects.

  • Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, landowners, and corporate partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Oversee brand management, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for the management.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Masters or MBA (Major in Marketing is preferred, but open to any discipline from a reputed university).

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At most 45 years

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent command over both Bengali and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet corporate targets.

Experience

  • At least 10 year(s) of experience in the Real Estate / Sector.

  • Candidates with specific experience in luxury apartments, commercial projects, or plot sales will get preference.
