দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product display.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and other operational reports.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding stock, promotions, and operational requirements.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
