দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Workplace: Work at site
Job Responsibility:
Supervise day to day activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Oversee all finishing work and maintaining superior quality standard.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Architects, and sub-Contractor to ensure Design compliance.
Verify materials quality, quantity and labour performance at site.
Prepare daily weekly progress report for management.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standard are strictly followed at the site.
Assist BOQ preparation, Estimate & Cost control.
Support site inspection, handover and quality audit.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma in Civil
- Diploma in Architecture
Diploma in Civil Engineering,
Diploma in Architecture from any reputed Institute.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At most 30 years
Experience:
8 to 10 Years of Interior work (Residence & Corporate Office/Bank project)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Excel, Word etc
Strong understanding of interion drawing design & specification.
Effective leadership, problem solving and team work skill.
