দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Job Context
We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer (Interior) who can bridge the gap between creative interior design and structural execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our innovative concepts are built to perfection, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise all interior fit-out works, ensuring strict adherence to architectural and structural drawings.
Monitor daily site progress and manage subcontractors, carpenters, and specialized technicians.
Conduct precise layouts for partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) points.
Maintain a high standard of finishing work and perform quality checks on all incoming materials.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), daily labor reports, and material consumption statements.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma in Civil
- Diploma in Architecture
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 25 years
Mandatory: Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience specifically within a reputed Interior Firm.
Certification in Project Management or Interior Design Execution will be considered an added advantage.
Expertise in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel is a must).
Ability to work flexible hours to meet project milestones.
