Job Context

Icon Aristocrat Building Design and Developers Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing social media content and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The company has been operating in Bangladesh's real estate sector since 2015 with a focus on quality, timely project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns.

  • Manage Paid Campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

  • Create creative posts, reels, videos, and captions in collaboration with the Marketing Team.

  • Increase page engagement and respond to audience inquiries professionally.

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.

  • Develop innovative strategies for Brand Awareness and Lead Generation.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Mass Communication & Journalism
    • Higher Secondary

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.

  • Digital Marketing Certification will be considered an added advantage.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 22 to 35 years

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other Digital Marketing Tools.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software will be preferred.

  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software) will be an advantage.

  • Creative mindset, analytical ability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
