দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media.
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing activities.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Resort, Agro based Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Educational Requirements
- Candidates with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Tele Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate, IT, or service industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads, Canva, and social media management.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
