দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Only those who have experience in Hotel/resort share and land sales/Housing Sector plot sales can apply.
Candidates must have a good and professional appearance and articulate ability in a polite manner.
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Negotiate with clients and finalize sales agreements in coordination with management.
Ensure timely collection of booking money, installments, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Market analysis and strategic planning skills.
Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization`s vision is realized.
Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
Have to perform own Sales and achieve monthly Sales target. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct Sales-related campaigns and activation programs.
Achieve monthly sales targets
New customer creation & sustain. (including door-to-door visits)
Arrange project visits with clients
Maintain & update customer database
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle client queries and complaints.
Prepare daily work report as well as weekly, and monthly sales report.
Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 4 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 25 years
Excellent communication, tactical, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
Highly target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Can-do attitude
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Land Development, Developer, Land Plot Sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
