দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
We are Hiring Urgently!
Location: Sector 15, Uttara (Beside Uttara North Metro Station)
Job Context & Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide professional counseling to prospective students.
- Manage phone calls, reply to messages, and handle social media communications.
- Facilitate student enrollments and maintain accurate data entries.
- Conduct desk-based sales & marketing to achieve monthly targets.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and seminars.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain office discipline.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Office Operations: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Roster-based duty).
- Shift Duration: Full-time (8 hours)
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s Degree (Current university students are encouraged to apply).
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 1 year
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 20 to 30 years
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar field is preferred, but Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
- Skills: Strong command of Bangla & English, proficiency in MS Office, and social media management.
- Attributes: Smart, energetic, and result-oriented.
